We assume responsibility for your health and guarantee that all dishes are freshly prepared for you using mainly regional products. In most cases we can therefore (given reasonable notice) also prepare allergen-free and especially also gluten- and lactose-free dishes for you. Please speak to our service or reception staff about this!
In addition, we offer you bio-dishes with ingredients from controlled biological cultivation. Dishes marked “TCM” are intended specially for the TCM spa guests and 5-element cuisine enthusiasts. These dishes are prepared according to 5-element guidelines and primarily serve to retrieve spent energy. If you would like to learn more about the TCM topic and 5-element cuisine, please speak to reception or visit our regular cookery courses.
