_Subsidies

Every employee may claim EUR 156.00, his spouse EUR 104.00 and each child EUR 52.00 per annum, free of social security tax.

The total amount is taxed only at a flat wage tax rate of 25%. 

The provisions of the tax office are automatically complied with.

1.) The employer requests the Vital-& Wellnesshotel zum Kurfürsten to accommodate the employee. The choice of packages is irrelevant. 

2.) The Vital-& Wellnesshotel zum Kurfürsten issues the employer with an advice (pro forma invoice), which the employer pays shortly before the employee starts his trip. (Issuance of the invoice and start of trip may not be more than 3 weeks apart.)

3.) Upon receipt of the payment, the Vital-& Wellnesshotel zum Kurfürsten immediately sends the invoice to the employer.
This invoice is issued for a specific purpose and is structured to be eligible.

4.) The employee can start off on his funded vacation.

The traditional incentive trip has meanwhile been substituted by subsidy of the wellness vacation for your employees.

Legislature subsidizes your wellness vacation as follows:
The recuperation allowance is not a taxable wage.

Should the employee suffer from typical occupational illnesses, he is entitled to a recuperation subsidy by way of tax-free wages to the amount required for recuperation. (Hotel bill)

1.) The employee must furnish the employer with a medical certificate regarding the occupational illness in question. (The employer attaches this certificate to the hotel bill after the stay at the health spa.)

2.) The employer requests the Vital-& Wellnesshotel zum Kurfürsten to accommodate the employee. In this connection, an appropriate treatment must be offered with respect to the illness in question.

3.) The Vital-& Wellnesshotel zum Kurfürsten issues the employer with an advice (pro forma invoice), which the employer pays shortly before the employee starts his trip.

3.) Upon receipt of the payment, the Vital-& Wellnesshotel zum Kurfürsten immediately sends the invoice to the employer.
This invoice is issued for a specific purpose and is eligible together with the attestation by the medical practitioner.

4.) The employee can start off on his funded vacation.

Typical occupational illnesses:
Office employees: Back ailments
Managers: Stress syndrome, burn-out,
Physical occupations: Arthrosis
etc.
